Chintan has a breadth of knowledge in the financial services and payment industries through his experiences working on diverse portfolios ranging from private label, e-commerce, online payment, credit card, and personal loans. His work experience includes Dell Financial Services, Bill Me Later, PayPal and Barclaycard in various capacities, leading teams in delivering analytical projects that help solve business problems.

He received his B.E. in Production Engineering from Mumbai University (VJTI), an MBA in General Management, M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research), and an M.S. in Civil Engineering (Advance Transportation Systems), all from Virginia Tech University.
