Andres Lapi

Andres Lapi began their career in 2007 as a Sales Engineer at Aeromarine S.A. In 2009, they joined Teledoce as CTO and Broadcast Engineer. That same year, they also joined TRG Americas as Country Manager. At Teledoce, they served as Technical and Operations Manager, while at TRG Americas they were responsible for i2 Intelligence Software and Agnitio Voice Biometrics as exclusive distributor.

Andres Lapi began their educational journey at Ivy Thomas Memorial School from 1992 to 2003, where they studied Spanish and English. In 2004 and 2005, they attended Instituto Juan XXIII and earned their Bachillerato in Orientación Científico - Ingeniería. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga’ and earned their Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones in Ingenieria de Telecomunicaciones. In 2011, they attended PMI Chapter Montevideo for a project management course. From 2014 to 2015, they attended IEEM - Escuela de Negocios and earned their Master in Business Administration (MBA) in MBA. In 2022, they will attend IEEM - Escuela de Negocios and earn their LIDER COACH in Organizational Leadership | Coaching. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios in 2022, a Focus AA METAVERSO, EL FUTURO ES HOY certification and a PLC | Programa Líder Coach certification.
