Charles Billingsley

Charles Billingsley is an experienced Electro-Mechanical Designer and Drafter currently working at Teledyne Brown Engineering since March 2010, specializing in printed circuit design using tools such as Solidworks, SolidEdge, and Altium. Prior to this role, Charles served as a Designer and Supervisor at Lockheed Martin from December 1989 to February 2010. Charles holds an Associate's degree in Design from Drake State Community and Technical College, where studies were completed between 1986 and 1989, and attended Bishop from 1984 to 1986.
