Crista Sullivan

Crista Sullivan, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Crista currently holds the position of Director of New Product Introduction and Market Development at Teledyne Controls since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Delta Air Lines, where they served as Manager of PMO and Lead Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. Before their time at Delta Air Lines, Crista worked at Delta Global Services and held various positions, including Project Manager for Fleet Projects and Cabin Avionics Engineer. Additionally, they have experience in sales, customer service, and product support as a Sales & Service Manager and Customer Service Manager at Teledyne Controls. Crista has also worked as the Director of the Southern California Chapter at the Twilight Wish Foundation and as an Electrical Engineer at ASRC Aerospace. Crista started their career as a Design Engineer at Sparton Electronics and later transitioned to the role of Product Support Engineer, where they managed failure analysis investigations and prepared production readiness presentations for customers. Overall, Crista Sullivan has demonstrated the ability to take on diverse roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

Crista Sullivan, PMP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2017.
