Maddy's career spans various roles, including Product Management at ITT Aerospace Controls, Program Manager at Koss Aerospace, and Business Unit Manager at TransDigm Group Inc. Maddy also has a significant background in managing product lines at Crane Co. and engineering roles at Parker Hannifin and Honeywell. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
