Jared Crawford is a Senior Project Engineer at Teledyne Micralyne, Inc., with a focus on MEMS research and development since May 2001. Notable contributions include the design and validation of a general use process platform for fabricating optical switches, as well as conducting technical assessments and process design for new opportunities. In addition to industry experience, Jared served as a Sessional Instructor for an Introductory Nanotechnology Course at NAIT in early 2014 and engaged in laser research at the University of Alberta in 1999 under Dr. Fedosejevs. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering Physics from the University of Alberta, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
