Elliot Smith

Elliot Smith is an accomplished Optical Physicist currently at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging since February 2024, focusing on the conceptualization and demonstration of optical systems. With extensive experience in engineering and consulting, Elliot has held significant roles including Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Atomica, overseeing program management, process integration, and quality assurance for over 30 programs. Previous positions include Technical Lead Engineer of Lidar and Lead Staff Physicist for Opto-Electronics at Continental, where Elliot managed the development of advanced Lidar systems and coordinated cross-functional teams.
