Kostas Moutafis

Kostas Moutafis is a Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging since December 2022, specializing in ROIC design. Previously, Moutafis worked as an IC Design Engineer at Alphacore Inc. from June 2017 to December 2022, focusing on image sensor, ROIC, and camera design and testing. Moutafis also served as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between January 2014 and May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Supervision Engineer at Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd., a Project Engineer at Integrated Solar Solutions SA, a Residential PV Systems Designer at Solar Roofs LTD, and an Electrical Engineer at TEKAT LIMITED. Moutafis holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Master of Science in Energy and Environmental Technology from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
