Dominic Lepiane

Dominic Lepiane is an experienced IT Manager with a robust background in network security and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the IT Manager for Canada West at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated since January 2022, Dominic previously held critical roles at FLIR Systems, where achievements included modernizing network security across over 50 offices and facilitating a rapid transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dominic's earlier career includes integrating significant mergers at FLIR Systems and developing the IT department at Point Grey Research from a single individual to a six-member team, supporting a substantial revenue growth. Additional experience includes system administration at IRMACS and network operations at Parasun Technologies. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
