Tom Innocenti

Director, Business Development Military Programs at Teledyne Technologies

Tom Innocenti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a US Marine Corp Officer and held various positions, including Deployment Director and Safety Director. In these roles, they coordinated large-scale deployments and reduced aircraft and ground mishaps.

After retiring from the Marine Corps, Tom worked at SimAuthor as a Program Manager, where they contributed to the development of various programs. Tom then joined QinetiQ North America as a Program Manager, responsible for advanced processes and data analysis. At San Joaquin Valley College, they worked as a Substitute Math Teacher for a year.

Most recently, Tom worked at Teledyne as the Director of Business Development for Military Programs. In this role, they were responsible for introducing products and technology into military markets and gathering market trends and customer feedback to inform the company's strategic action plan.

Tom Innocenti has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management from Webster University from 1990 to 1992. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from West Liberty University, which they completed from 1979 to 1983.
