Carlos Soto

Carlos Soto currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing for the Americas at Teleflex, a role held since January 2023, overseeing multiple manufacturing sites in the region. Previously, Carlos held the position of Global Vice President of Operations, Procurement & Sourcing at Owens & Minor, where responsibilities included managing global manufacturing operations across 24 sites and overseeing supply chain and procurement. Carlos was also a member of the Board of Directors for INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry. At Takeda, Carlos advanced through various leadership roles, culminating as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, overseeing operations and P&L across multiple facilities and ensuring supply continuity during corporate transitions. Carlos began his career as General Manager at NP Medical, managing comprehensive operations and P&L responsibilities. Carlos holds an MBA in Executive Management from the University of New Orleans and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
