Fabiano Andreatta

Fabiano Andreatta currently serves as Head of Compliance for Brazil at Teleflex since October 2022. Previously, Fabiano held the position of Head of Legal & Compliance at Boehringer Ingelheim do Brasil Ltda. from October 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included evaluating marketing, sales, and regulatory plans with significant sales impact, and managing a team of eight. At Novartis Brasil, from March 2013 to August 2014, Fabiano was the Country Compliance Head overseeing compliance across various divisions and corporate training systems. Earlier, Fabiano worked as Legal Manager at Eli Lilly and Company from July 1992 to October 2012, where notable contributions involved investigating complex compliance cases that progressed to legal proceedings in the United States. Fabiano holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
