Morgane Serpa

Morgane Serpa has extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Director of QA/RA Enterprise Excellence at Teleflex since January 2010, where previous roles included Sr. QA Manager for Continuous Improvement and Complaints Manager. Responsibilities have included managing teams of specialists and engineers, overseeing complaint investigations, and coordinating CAPA and quality system initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Global Continuous Improvement Engineer at Greatbatch, Inc., where Morgane contributed to quality system processes, and as Manufacturing Engineer responsible for root-cause analysis and production management. Morgane began career as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Sub-Zero Freezer Company and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
