Rachel Oleary

Rachel OLeary currently serves as the Global Talent Development Manager at Teleflex, a position held since August 2019, after previously holding the role of Senior Global Talent Development Specialist. In this capacity, Rachel is responsible for overseeing local and global talent development programs, focusing on process analysis, effectiveness measurement, project management, and facilitation. Prior to this role, Rachel worked in International Customer Service at Teleflex Incorporated from January 2014 to February 2019. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
