Rob Santha

Rob Santha is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Teleflex since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Director of Human Resources at Donaldson from February 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Principal at Maple Leaf Consulting LLC, providing HR strategy and support to startups and small businesses from May 2020 to January 2021. Rob's extensive background includes significant roles at Smiths Medical, including Director and Global Human Resources Business Partner, as well as various HR managerial positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Teknion, and EM Plastic & Electric Products Ltd. Rob holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from McMaster University and studied at Humber College.
