Shel Tay

Shel Tay is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the Southeast Asian medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Teleflex since July 2025, Shel leads regulatory due diligence for product acquisitions and oversees license transfer strategies across ASEAN markets. Previous roles include Regulatory Affairs Manager at BIOTRONIK, where strategic product approvals and distributor transitions were managed for multiple countries, and RA/QA Supervisor at Merit Medical Systems, where project launches and regulatory policy trends were analyzed.
