Kristin Ford started their work experience in 2003 as a Consultant at Accenture. Kristin worked there until 2008. In 2009, they interned as an MBA Strategy Consulting Intern at Roll Global, and then became a Strategy Consulting Manager at the same company in 2010. In 2012, they became the Director of Marketing Strategy at Teleflora, a Roll Global company.
Kristin Ford earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame, studying from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Management and Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Management and Organizations, and Social Enterprise.
