Valentina Daiber was appointed to the Board of Management for Legal & Corporate Affairs at Telefónica Deutschland with effect from August 1, 2017. In this role, she is responsible for the areas of legal, compliance, corporate security and data protection, as well as the company's regulatory work, relations with authorities and government agencies and the area of ​​corporate responsibility & sustainability. She also manages the capital city representative office of Telefónica and the BASECAMP in Berlin. Previously, the lawyer was Director of Corporate Affairs at Telefónica Germany and was responsible for the legal areas of regulatory law, antitrust law, telecommunications law and media law as well as cooperation with political bodies and associations. Valentina Daiber came to Telefónica in Germany – then still Viag Interkom – in 1999, where she initially started as a consultant in the area of ​​regulation.
