Alfredo Correa Bechara

Alfredo Correa Bechara serves as the Head of Presales Engineering for HISPAM & USA at Telefónica Tech since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alfredo held the position of Senior Information Technology and Cybersecurity Advisor at Autônomo from July 2022 to March 2024. Alfredo's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at CLARO, such as Digital and Operational Transformation Director, Engineering Director for Corporate Market, and Managed Services and Datacenter Director, spanning from September 2016 to June 2021. Additionally, Alfredo worked at TELMEX in multiple capacities, including Technical Support Director for Mass Market Customer Service and Network Operation and Maintenance Director, from June 2004 to August 2016. Alfredo also served as Data Services Director for AT&T Latin America from November 2000 to May 2004 and worked as Engineering Manager at PROCIBERNETICA from September 1999 to October 2000. Alfredo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander and has further education in business management from INALDE Business School and Universidad de La Sabana.
