Daniel Garcia

Daniel Garcia began their work experience in 1996 as a Programador, Analista, and Jefe de Proyecto at CGI Systems, an IBM company. Daniel then worked as a Jefe de Proyecto at GRUPO SOLUTIO from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2008, they served as a Jefe de Proyecto at Telefonica Moviles España. Following this, they held various roles at Telefonica Global Technology, including Senior Manager of IT Contract Management from 2013 to 2016. Daniel then transitioned to Telefónica, where they worked as an IT Transformation & Governance Senior Manager from 2016 to 2020 and as a Senior Manager for Carve - Out from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Process & Quality, Cyber & Cloud at Telefónica Tech, a position they assumed in 2022.

Daniel Garcia obtained a Master's degree in Dirección de Sistemas de Información y Comunicaciones from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Informática, earning a degree in Ingeniería from Universidad de Oviedo between 1989 and 1996. In 1988, Daniel Garcia received a Leaving Certificate from St. Columba's College in Dublin, Ireland.
