TMG’s activities are divided into four operating divisions: National Media, publishing daily newspapers (De Telegraaf), free sheets (Sp!ts, Metro), magazines (Prive, Autovisie) and digital media; Local and Regional Media, including regional daily newspapers, free local papers and Dichtbij; Sky Radio Group, operating radio stations such as Sky Radio 101 FM, Radio Veronica and Classic FM; Keesing Media Group, developing puzzle games for mobile phones; and Facilitating services, which include, amongst others, printing and distribution of newspapers, providing of office space and related facilities, and offering information and communications technology (ICT) services.
