Ashok Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ashok started their career in 1993 as a Customer Engineer/Sr Customer Engineer at Modi Olivetti. From there, they moved on to Ramco Systems in 1997, working as a Regional Support Manager for a decade. In 2007, they joined Cisco as a Service & Support Manager, and gradually progressed through various roles such as Program Manager, Manager of Advanced Services, and Customer Experience Leader & Services Delivery Executive for Global Service Provider (GSP). At Cisco, they played a crucial role in managing and delivering profitable services to a strategic Cisco account, with responsibilities ranging from account management to pre-sales support. In 2023, they joined Teleindia Networks Pvt Ltd as a VP of Alliances & Business Development.
Ashok Kumar completed a Diploma in Management with a focus on General Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2009-2010. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bundelkhand University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Alongside their formal education, Ashok Kumar also obtained additional certifications such as Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online, Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist from Cisco, ITIL4 Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and CCNA from Cisco in 2000.
