Kyla Leon

Kyla Leon has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kyla began their career as a Research Analyst at Atlas (a division of aQuantive, Inc.) in 2001. Kyla then joined Microsoft as a Web Data Analyst in 2002 before moving on to Panicware, Inc. as a Senior Web Analyst in 2004. In 2005, they joined Endeavor Consulting as a Campaign Execution Manager, where they worked until 2008. That same year, they joined Teleion as a Senior Director of Project Management. In 2011, they became the C.E.O. of their own company, Leon Environmental, LLC, where they continue to work.

Kyla Leon attended Yale University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their degree in American Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Kyla obtained various LinkedIn certifications between December 2022 and March 2023. These certifications include topics such as transformational change, asking for feedback as an employee, communication foundations, embracing times of uncertainty, embracing unexpected change, goal setting, managing office politics, managing stress, navigating ambiguity, speaking up at work, systems thinking, tips for writing business emails, and prioritizing tasks. Kyla also completed a certification on reducing stress and anxiety by managing the nervous system in December 2022.
