Bassaharil Mohd Yusop

Bassaharil Mohd Yusop currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at Telekom Malaysia since October 2019. With extensive experience at Celcom spanning from April 1994 to December 2018, Bassaharil has held various senior roles, including Head of Procurement and Senior Vice President of Information Technology, overseeing the planning and implementation of IT systems as well as managing core network planning. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Engineer at both Pernec Corporation Berhad and Telekom Malaysia, focusing on network transmission and local access, respectively. Bassaharil earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Columbia University.
