Erdi Erman

Erdi Erman has extensive experience in business development and management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Business Development at Telekom Malaysia since April 2016. In this role, Erdi defines key business issues, develops strategic directions, and identifies new growth opportunities for TM GLOBAL's core connectivity business. Previously, Erdi held leadership positions in the SOC International division, overseeing various services and performance metrics, and managed problem resolution processes for global data services. Erdi’s career at Telekom Malaysia began in 2010 as Assistant Manager for IP Data Services, progressing through project management roles at Telekom Malaysia Hong Kong Limited. Erdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Multimedia University and a Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
