Jaclyn Tan

Jaclyn Tan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Unifi Mobile Marketing at Telekom Malaysia since March 2023, Jaclyn previously held roles at CelcomDigi as Segment & Integrated Marketing for Home & Convergence, and at ADA as a Regional Telco Subject Matter Expert - Senior Manager, where responsibilities included guiding telcos in Southeast Asia towards digital marketing maturity. At Maxis, Jaclyn progressed through various positions, including Consumer Postpaid Product Owner and Head of Enterprise Mobile, focusing on product ownership, mobile plans, and customer engagement. Earlier in the career, Jaclyn gained expertise as a Senior Media Planner at Mindshare, collaborating on campaigns across diverse industries. Education was completed at Multimedia University.
