Pravin Rajan is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager at Telekom Malaysia since October 2021, where responsibilities include executing and maintaining the Customer Assurance function for domestic and international leased circuits, ensuring 24/7 service continuity for managed and unmanaged customers.
