Rashidin Omar

Rashidin Omar currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of Remuneration & Benefit at Telekom Malaysia since March 2023. Previously held a position as Head of Business Development at DOC2US from August 2022 to December 2022, and served as Head of Commercial (Malaysia) at The Center of Applied Data Science from February 2021 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant, and Korn Ferry in various positions including Senior Client Relationship Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Rashidin Omar began a career at Accenture as a Technology Analyst, following participation in CIMB's management trainee program as an Associate Banker and an internship at PETRONAS. Rashidin Omar holds a degree in Business Information System with a focus on Knowledge Management from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
