Ilija Efnushev

Ilija Efnushev has extensive experience in telecommunications and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Specialist for the management of HelpDesk and CRM Architecture at Makedonski Telekom AD since December 2013. Previous roles include Senior CRM Specialist and various positions at T-Mobile, including Project Manager at the Enterprise Project Management Office and Senior CRM/PRM Administrator. Further experience includes work as a QoS Specialist, Network Administrator at Neotel, and telecommunications market consultant at ETSI. Ilija has a solid educational background with a Master's in Communication and Information Technologies and Telecommunications Engineering, along with a Bachelor's in Telecommunications, all from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
