Brent Sharma

Brent Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brent most recently worked as a Customer Sales Executive at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited starting in June 2022. Prior to that, Brent served as a Business Development & Customer relations officer at Wealthnet Finance PLC from March 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Wealthnet Finance, Brent had two roles at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited. Brent worked as a Retail Sales promoter from January 2020 to March 2021, where they focused on sales, customer service, and communications. Additionally, as an Enterprise sales and services intern from January 2019 to December 2019, Brent gained experience in customer service, sales, and client account management.

Brent's work experience also includes a stint as an Information Associate at Daeyang University from June 2018 to December 2018. Overall, Brent has showcased their abilities in sales, customer service, business development, and client relations throughout their career.

Brent Sharma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Mzuzu University (Mzuni) between 2014 and 2018. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued a certificate in Digital Marketing from the Google Mobile Academy. Continuing their education, Brent Sharma acquired a Certificate in Customer Relationship Management from Amity University in 2021. Brent'slatest educational achievement was completing a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Andhra University between 2023 and 2024.
