In 2011, they joined Telekom Networks Malawi Limited as the Manager of Internal Audit, where they played a crucial role in risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting on internal audit assignments. Sebastian later became the Head of the Income Financial Control Division at Telekom Networks, overseeing four departments and managing a team of 29.
