Felix Dambe

Felix Dambe has a diverse work experience. Felix started their career at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited in 2016, where they worked as a Call Center Agent until September 2018. Felix then transitioned to the role of Mobile Money Experience Clerk, where they were responsible for optimizing the mobile money stakeholder experience. This involved resolving agent issues, liaising with customer care sections of billers and partner banks, and international money transfer hubs. In October 2019, Felix was promoted to the role of Business Development Coordinator BT & South Mobile Money, where they currently work.
