Boštjan Košak holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and has more than 25 years of work experience, primarily in the areas of telecommunications and new technologies. During his career, he managed Amis in Slovenia and Croatia for more than 10 years, while he served for four years as executive director and procurator at Si.mobil, later A1 Slovenija. He has managed companies involved in robotic process automation, new technologies, connectivity and telecommunications networks.

On November 6, 2013, the Company concluded the transaction of transferring a 100% stake in the capital of PRIMO Communications SHPK to AD-Trade SHPK, Albania. The Company's major shareholder is Slovenska odskodninska druzba dd with a stake of 72.75%.
