Ahmed Yasser

Ahmed Yasser serves as the VP of Human Capital Strategic Management at Telkom Indonesia since January 2021, where responsibilities include formulating human capital strategies, optimizing organizational structure, and managing corporate culture. Previously, Ahmed held the position of VP Integrated Portfolio Management, overseeing portfolio evaluation and performance management. With extensive experience at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia from 1996 to 2021, roles included AVP Group Enterprise Strategy and Assistance Vice President of Adjacent Business Analysis, focusing on corporate strategy, customer experience, and market analysis. Ahmed holds an MBA in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship from ITB School of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telkom University.
