Cana Paranita

Cana Paranita is the President and Founder of Level Up by Amoeba, the first AI internship platform in Indonesia, dedicated to transforming internship management through artificial intelligence. Since August 2021, Cann has led a team of 40 at Level Up, which emerged from Telkom's corporate startup program, focusing on enhancing career opportunities for young Indonesians. Concurrently, Cana holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Innovation Managers at Telkom Indonesia and has contributed to various initiatives to drive innovation within the company. Previously, Cana served as Vice President of Marketing at SPRINTHINK, where strategic B2B positioning was a key focus. Cana began the professional journey with an internship at PT PLN (Persero) after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Brawijaya in 2015.
