Kharisma Yogi Noviana has extensive experience in various positions such as Content Specialist at StudentsxCEOs Youth Leader Summit, Chief Operating Officer at Business Learning, and Product Marketing Manager at Telkom Indonesia. Currently also working as a Student Internship at Achmad Zaky Foundation and holds a position as Fungsionaris Bidang Riset dan Keilmuan at BEM FISIP UNDIP. With a background in Bachelor of Business Administration from Diponegoro University, Kharisma has also served as Research And Development Manager and Staff Humas Internal at Ikatan Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Indonesia (IMABI) and Supervisor External Project at UKM Research and Business UNDIP.
