Sarah Rasyidah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Officer at Telkomsel since July 2023, Sarah has a long-standing tenure at Telekomunikasi Indonesia, having held various roles including Manager Enterprise Sales Engineer, Expert Solution Development, Enterprise Solution Design & Development, Process Management Officer, and Service Configuration & Activation since May 2009. Sarah earned a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) between 2004 and 2008 and started education at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong.
