Rafael Paniagua is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fersa Bearings since January 2024, Paniagua oversees a multinational company specializing in high-quality bearing solutions for the automotive sector. In addition, Paniagua is a Co-Founder Partner at Nexus Corporate Governance and holds positions on the Boards of Directors for Doloop and Telemedcare, among others. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at ABB, where Paniagua rose to the position of President-CEO of ABB Brazil and held several high-level roles in global business management. Paniagua's educational background includes advanced degrees from renowned institutions such as IESE Business School, Harvard Business School, and IMD, complemented by a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla.
