Leonardo Cohen is an experienced Project Manager and Deputy General Manager Operations with a strong background in energy and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager Operations at Telemenia Ltd since June 2020, Leonardo oversees commissioning and after EPC activities for cogeneration power stations in Israel. Previously, as Project Manager in the Engineering Department at Israel Natural Gas Lines from October 2010 to May 2023, Leonardo managed gas pressure regulating and metering station projects. Leonardo also held the position of Project Manager at Ormat Systems Limited, focusing on geothermal power projects in Central and South America, and served in the Israeli Air Force's Construction Division, where responsibilities included project and asset integrity management for critical infrastructure. Academically, Leonardo holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
