Carrie Serjeant Perez, LCSW, BCD has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in various organizations. Carrie is currently working as a Clinical Operations Supervisor at Telemynd since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Social Worker at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2022 to March 2023. Carrie also held the position of Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the United States Air Force from April 2013 to May 2022. Before that, they worked in a private practice in psychotherapy and counseling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they served as the Clinical Director at a non-profit community mental health agency from 2008 to 2010 and worked as a Child Welfare Specialist at Craven County Government from 2006 to 2008.

Carrie Serjeant Perez, LCSW, BCD has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from East Carolina University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from the same university, completing their undergraduate studies from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Carrie holds certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from both the North Carolina Board of Social Work and the Virginia Board of Social Work.
