Sara Benson

Sara Benson, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently working at Telemynd since February 2023, providing telehealth therapy sessions focused on mental health support and Employee Assistance Programs. In addition, Sara has been a Mental Health Counselor at Central Behavioral Health since May 2010, where responsibilities include individual therapy, serving as the DBT Lead therapist, conducting assessments, crisis intervention, and co-leading DBT skills groups, along with clinical supervision. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
