Sal Dhanani

Sal Dhanani is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. As the COO and Founder of Telenav since 1999, Sal Dhanani has played a pivotal role in leading the Automotive Business Unit, overseeing strategy and execution across multiple functional areas. Dhanani has held various leadership positions within Telenav, including Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships, where efforts to drive growth led to significant investments and acquisitions. Sal Dhanani's innovative contributions include the development of the Scout navigation product and the establishment of a robust company structure that scaled Telenav to over 700 employees. Currently, Sal Dhanani serves as an advisor for several companies, including ArcBlock, Everyhome, and PixoMobile, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by coursework in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at Stanford University.
