Bart van Sprundel

Bart van Sprundel serves as the Group General Counsel at Telenet, leading the Legal, Regulatory, and Privacy teams since October 2014 and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. With over two decades of expertise in legal leadership within international business and corporate transactions, Bart has previously held positions such as Vice President for General Counsel and Corporate Transactions, where responsibilities included managing strategic legal aspects and serving as Company Secretary. Bart's prior experience includes legal management at ZF Wind Power and a role as an attorney at Allen & Overy. Education includes a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp and professional director education from Vlerick Business School. Bart currently holds multiple board memberships with various organizations, contributing to governance and strategic decision-making.
