Kathelijn Vanhaute

Kathelijn Vanhaute serves as the Employer Branding Manager at Telenet since July 2022, where responsibilities include positioning Telenet as an employer of choice through internal and external campaigns and employee experience initiatives. Previously, Kathelijn held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Telenet, where communication frameworks for recruitment were designed and collaborations with search partners were managed. Prior experience includes positions at Colruyt Group as Employer Brand Manager, Job Design as Jobcoach, and in various communication roles at in|C, Randstad Professionals, Vlaamse Overheid, Beluga Communications, Accenture, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kathelijn holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from KU Leuven and further qualifications in coaching and marketing communications.
