Heidi Schmidt

After learning TeleNet’s business from the frontlines as a lead development representative, Heidi Schmidt was promoted to operations supervisor in 2013. In this role, she was responsible for agent development and training, as well as assessing and improving campaign performance. Consistently meeting and exceeding campaign goals and quarterly metrics, Heidi was frequently TeleNet’s “go-to” supervisor for new pilots. Additionally, Heidi was selected to oversee the integration of chat services within our call center.

In 2016, Heidi received a second promotion at TeleNet, moving into the role of program director. With a focus on the state & local government and educational industries, Heidi’s clients rely on her hands-on marketing expertise.

Heidi is an active member of the Athens community, volunteering for the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement and Oconee Regional Humane Society. Prior to joining TeleNet in 2012, Heidi worked for the US Census Bureau and attended Piedmont College.
