Kerem Irten has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Earlier in their career, they had multiple roles at Telenity, including VP of Business Development & Strategic Planning, VP of Product Management & Development, and Director of Marketing & Business Development. Kerem also worked at ADC as the Director of Business Development and as the Product Line Manager for Messaging & Signaling. Kerem's career started at NewNet Communication Technologies, where they served as the Director of Product Management and played a crucial role in the design, development, and product management of a telecom application server.
Kerem Irten pursued their education with a strong focus on engineering. Kerem began their academic journey at Darüşşafaka Eğitim Kurumları in 1976, where they obtained their primary and secondary education. After completing their schooling there in 1983, Kerem went on to attend Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific for two years and achieved an International Baccalaureate degree.
With a keen interest in electrical engineering, Kerem then enrolled at Drexel University. Kerem first earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, studying from 1985 to 1990. Continuing their studies at Drexel University, Kerem then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the field. Kerem completed this program between 1990 and 1992.
