Andrey Mostovykh

Andrey Mostovykh has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

From October 2007 to October 2021, they worked at CROC as a Systems Architect. In this role, they were responsible for the architecture and technical design of large-scale systems. Andrey'sexpertise included working with technologies such as Cassandra, Spark, Solr, Oracle, Weblogic, Microsoft SQL Server, VMWare, and Java. Andrey also managed the infrastructure team, performed diagnostics and monitoring, and created technical documentation.

Starting in February 2017 and until November 2022, Andrey worked at Telenor Digital as a Senior Data Architect. Andrey'sprimary focus was on GDPR compliance architecture, specifically in the areas of consent and objection management, data subject rights management, and unique data mapping tools. Andrey also designed the Privacy Service architecture.

Andrey's most recent work experience is at Telenor Linx, where they began in November 2022. Andrey holds two positions within the company: Senior Data Architect and Technical Lead. However, the end dates for these roles are not provided.

Andrey Mostovykh attended Krasnojarskij Gosudarstvennyj Tehnologiceskij Universitet from 2001 to 2007 where they obtained a degree in Systems Engineering with a specialization in Industry Automation. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications including the Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme from INSEAD in November 2017, Security+ from CompTIA in April 2013, and several Oracle certifications, including Oracle Database 11g Certified Performance Tuning Expert, Oracle Database 11g Certified Professional, and Oracle Database 11g Data Warehousing Certified Implementation Specialist. Andrey also holds a certification in TOGAF from the Open Group.
