Frank Elter

Frank Elter is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in strategy and organizational change. Currently serving as an Associate Professor II at the Norwegian School of Economics since March 2017, Frank conducts research in strategy and management. Concurrently, Frank has held various leadership positions at Telenor since August 1994, including Chief Scientist and Vice President of Telenor Research, where responsibility encompasses strategy research and management of the research team. Frank's career includes significant roles in business development, strategy formation, and consulting across telecommunications and technology sectors. With an educational background that includes a Dr. Oecon in Strategy and Organizations from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Frank has a robust foundation in business management and strategy.
