Liv Tvenge

Liv Tvenge is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in internal audit and human resources across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Group Internal Audit and Investigation at Telenor since September 2020, Liv previously held the position of Vice President of HR and Lead Business Partner for Extruded Solutions at Norsk Hydro, where responsibility included overseeing 22,000 employees and numerous global production units. Liv's background also includes tenure as Vice President of Internal Audit at Sapa, focusing on enhancing operational value through independent assurance activities across 100+ plants. Prior roles at Norsk Hydro involved integration planning and auditing various processes, while earlier experience included managing training projects at Qatalum and business support functions within Hydro. Liv holds a Master's degree in business and administration from Nord University, attained between 1985 and 1989.
