Sinan Pelit

Sinan Pelit is an experienced Shop Manager at Telenor since May 2018, focusing on employee development to ensure stable results and a healthy work-life balance, achieving recognition as Årets Telenor Butik in 2020 and 2021 through successful KPI management. Prior to Telenor, Sinan served as a Sales Consultant at TELMORE, where responsibilities included providing tailored telecommunications solutions, and as a Sales Advisor at Telia Danmark, which involved motivating and developing staff while handling daily operations. Sinan's career began as an Assurer at Teleperformance Danmark A/S, specializing in accident insurance sales to B2C customers. Sinan holds a degree in Public Administration from Roskilde Handelsskole and has pursued further education in leadership at Erhvervsakademi Dania and through various leadership training programs, including Telia Academy and Acuity World.
